You can usually refill these E9 and E8 style cartomizers about 5 – 10 times before they won’t produce the same amount of vapor and will need to be replaced with a new nicotine flavor cartridge. The amount of times it can be refilled really all depends on each individual cartomizer. They are not all manufactured exactly the same so some of them can be refilled many times and some don’t like to be refilled at all.
