This small rechargeable battery is specially designed for E-Cig E9. This battery is made of polymer lithium battery, which is safer and has longer life. The normal voltage of the battery is 3.5 volts and the maximal rechargeable voltage is 4.2 volts.

When the smoke becomes less or the indicator light begins to dark, it indicates that you need to recharge the battery with the special charger.
To charge the battery:
- Screw and connect the battery with the USB adapter.
- Put the USB adapter into the charger (or into the USB connector of computer and car charger)
- The input supply voltage of the charger: AC100V-240V, 50/60Hz.
After the battery has been charged for 3 to 4 hours, the battery is fully charged when the indicator light turns green from red. Take the battery out and cut off the charger’s power supply.
Precautions:
- When you charge your battery first time, the indicator light may turn green immediately, as the battery has been charged before shipping to you so that you may not charge the battery at this time.
- When you charge your battery, beware to connect the battery a little tightly in order to make sure the indicator light is on.

I recently purchased another long E-9 battery and I was happy to see that the design has improved. The flow sensor has changed so that it does not go off randomly when you bump the battery. It also lasts longer. The battery will stay on as long as you puff on it instead of having a 3 second cut-off time.
The long batteries are even a little bit longer than they used to be so they actually have more life in them now.
I really like how you can buy different color tips and lights for these. I got one with a stainless steel housing and a blue tip. It looks pretty slick.
